Surround your soul with people that provide you with happiness, and become preoccupied with activities that gift your heart the present of peace. Also become more selfish during phases of discomfort but do not be hesitant with compassion. Meaning, be attentive to the needs of one's self first, but also be mindful and maintain empathetic abilities. If everything else fail, seek solitude. Spend sometime conversing with yourself, give yourself a few compliment, and also attempt to honestly minister your own troubles away. Nobody knows you, the way you do!
